Code of Conduct

The Forum’s mission is to support women entrepreneurs in running wildly successful businesses. When we gather together, we are committed to providing a respectful space that encourages safe and brave participation, and one that is free from bullying, harassment or harm. 

Agreements for How We Show Up Together (formally known as a Code of Conduct): 

  • We respect confidentiality and ask for consent  

  • We are aware of our actions, the impact they may have on others and we take responsibility for our behaviours  

  • We show up present for one another, honouring our time and energy together   

  • We hold compassionate space for what comes up  

  • We speak from our own experience and leave assumptions and egos at the door  

  • We treat community as a verb   

  • We agree that behaviors of any forms of discrimination, aggression, inappropriate or harmful conduct will not be tolerated and understand The Forum will take immediate action.  

  • We acknowledge that building community and champions is an important part of our business. We agree we will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, attempt to solicit or divert business from a mentor or fellow participant unless there is an agreement of mutual collaboration.
