After 25 years in business including executive experience as CEO, President & Board Director (public and private companies), VP Business Development, Marketing & Sales, working in large corporations and start-ups, Cynthia Roney founded Executive Passage to help support other business owners and executives become successful, especially women. 

Cynthia is an ICF Certified Executive Coach (CEC, Royal Roads University) and Certified Executive and Business Coach with ActionCOACH, the world’s #1 business coaching firm with 1,200 coaches worldwide and 15,000 clients/day.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a CEO mentor for BC Excels (LifeSciences BC), and mentor in the FWE Mentor Program, Women’s Enterprise Centre (WEC), Minerva Foundation "Getting Women Back to Work", and BUST Art Social, a new breast cancer fundraiser created by 10 Vancouver girlfriends.  Cynthia is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, Women's Leadership Circle, Women's Executive Network (WXN), Chamber of Commerce, Professional Women’s Network (PWN), GLBA, BNI West Side and Southlands Riding Club.  

Cynthia leads an active family life with her husband of 24 years and their 3 children.  A passionate equestrian and owner of a showjumper/dressage horse, Piko's Executive Passage, Cynthia has also completed 4 marathons (Vancouver x2, Portland x2).
